  • Jessica C. Brayden, Executive Director

    Jessica C. Brayden

    Selected by the board of directors in early 2008, Ms. Brayden brings over 15 years of not-for-profit management experience to New England's first domestic violence agency. She oversees all aspects of programs and management to ensure efficiency, fiscal and service accountability and the organization's creative and innovative growth. Ms. Brayden's career has focused on program development and stabilization and she has distinguished herself through creative change management and strategic programmatic enhancement. Most recently she served as the Director of Programs and Operations for Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, Inc. in Salem, Massachusetts. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Family Continuity Program in Lawrence, Massachusetts, including Director of Administrative Operations, Director of Human Resources and Program Director. Ms. Brayden holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Salem State College and a Master of Business Adminstration from Endicott College.

  • Darcie DeLuca, Controller

    Darcie Deluca

    Ms. DeLuca is responsible for overseeing RESPOND’s finance, human resources and information technology functions. She brings over 13 years of financial experience in both for profit and nonprofit industries, most recently serving as Financial Analyst at Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries. There she was a key member of the management team and oversaw the financial control and reporting, audit, budget creation/monitoring and deposit and loan operations. Her experience includes risk management, budgeting and asset/liability management. Darcie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Suffolk University and a Master of Business Administration from Endicott College.

  • Jasmine Lopez, Development and Communications Coordinator

    Ms. Lopez brings experience in fundraising, community organizing, event coordination, and media relations to the Coordinator of Development and Communications role where she is charged with expanding the organization’s financial standing and increasing public visibility.  Ms. Lopez began her career as a Community Organizer and Fund Developer for AmeriCorps VISTA in the community center of a diverse, low-income community in Rhode Island.  Intrigued by the power of grassroots political action within traditionally disadvantaged populations, Ms. Lopez moved on to Neighbor to Neighbor Massachusetts as the Development & Communications Associate, then as the Strategic Communications Organizer.  She holds a B.S. in Legal Studies and Spanish from Roger Williams University, as well as a Master of Public Health with a Health Law and Human Rights focus from Boston University’s School of Public Health.  In addition, she completed the two-year Diversity Fellowship organized by the Association of Fundraising Professionals MA Chapter.  Ms. Lopez holds positions on the Boston Women’s Fund Board of Directors and the Women’s Pipeline for Change Oversight and Planning Board.
