JUST ADD COOKING SUPPORTS LOCAL CHEFS, NONPROFITS IN APRIL
Partnerships include RESPOND, Inc., Casa B and TWK Winchester
BOSTON—Just Add Cooking, which delivers fresh, New England ingredients and recipes to customers in Greater Boston, is announcing two local partnerships this month. First, Just Add Cooking is partnering up with Somerville-based domestic violence agency RESPOND, Inc. and a winner of its 2017 Chili Cook-Off, Casa B, to bring the winning chili recipe to Just Add Cooking customers. A dollar from each box sold during the week of April 16th, when the chili is featured, will be donated to RESPOND.
Later in the month, Just Add Cooking will be bringing the fresh flavors of Winchester’s TWK [The Waterfield Kitchen] to customers, with recipes by Chef Andrew Tate and sous chef Darren Levinsky the weeks of April 23rd and April 30th.
Casa B’s Cuban Chili recipe, available the week of April 16th, won the Crowd Favorite award at RESPOND’s Chili Cook Off. Just Add Cooking is delighted to bring these Cuban flavors to a fresh take on chili, courtesy of Casa B.
Just Add Cooking’s TWK partnership, available the weeks of April 23rd and 30th features Ponzu Glazed Salmon and Chicken Pesto Pasta, both utilizing delicious seasonal ingredients from local farmers and vendors.
