Educational Programming

Prevention and education are key to ending dating abuse.

40% of teens say that they would not know what to do if they were to witness dating abuse. Many try to support friends in a manner that does not help or may even be harmful. Some are too afraid to try to help. 46% of teens who have known a victim of dating abuse did not intervene.

RESPOND is dedicated to educating teens and young adults so that they can recognize warning signs for themselves and are confident to support and advocate for others. We offer customized programming to match the needs of our audience. Whether it is a one-time presentation or a multi-day workshop, we strive to provide the information and resources necessary to keep our communities happy, healthy and safe.

We offer programs for:

Middle and High Schools
